Delivery Cut Off Times
- The delivery cut off time to receive your order the Next Working Day is 4.00pm.
- If you choose Next Working Day Delivery after 4.00pm your order will be dispatched the next working day e.g. an order placed at 9:00pm on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday.
- If you place an order over the weekend on a Next Working Day Delivery your order will be dispatched the Next Working Day e.g. an order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
- If you choose Saturday Delivery, the delivery cut off is 3.00pm on a Friday.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Working Day
A working day includes Monday through to Friday but excludes Bank Holidays.
Please note that compensation can NOT be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, and it can NOT be offered for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item.
Flexible Ducting advises that customers who foresee difficulty in obtaining their item at a home address should state a different delivery address at checkout. If your delivery address needs to be changed after the checkout procedure, please call us on 01172 020 512 and we will get this changed for you, however this may affect the speed of delivery.
Tracking
Once the item is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email (UK Mail), where you can view the whereabouts of your order. Flexible Ducting cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery of the item from the point of dispatching to our couriers.
If you are unable to find your tracking number in your inbox then please check your spam/junk folders as it is possible they may have been sent there instead.

If the courier is unable to complete delivery because nobody is available at the address, a calling card may be left and redelivery attempts may be made.
If no contact is made with the courier after multiple delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and additional delivery charges could apply for re-dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if important access restrictions have not been disclosed prior to dispatch, including narrow access routes, restricted parking, upper-floor deliveries without lift access or other conditions that could affect safe delivery of heavier EV charging equipment.
If the delivery company determines access is unsafe or unsuitable, you may be offered kerbside or ground floor delivery only. Failed delivery charges imposed by the courier may be passed on where applicable.
*Republic of Ireland Postcodes are unavailable for delivery for certain products. You can collect from our Warehouse if you would prefer. Please contact us for more information.
